RAR Risk Analysis Language issue

Folks,

I am having some problems with language translation of all the display information in RAR. Sometimes we get certain headings displayed in German and not English. If after a few refreshes we sometimes get the English transalation.

More specifically; when I run a RISK Analysis analysis at user level or role level, some of the displayed output is displayed in German and not in English as required. It also varies which bits of the report are in German and which are in English.

How can I ensure that all output is in English. It is worth noting that the system is hosted in Germany by our parent company and in the UK we have a logical instance setup. But as I say, it is predicable what will be displayed in German language.

My logon settings in UME are configured for EN ( English)

Hi Dean,

haven't seen this before...

But maybe you could check three other language settings:

1.) in your web browser (in IE it's in Tools -> Internet Options -> General - Languages button, in there put EN on the top of the list)

2.) the system locale of the operating system of the AC server

3.) the locale for the JVM used for AC
