Dear all,
I have encountered the following issue and I would like to share this with you.
-A new field, ERNAM / username of billing doc, was added to Field Catalogue
-A new Condition Table was created with this field ERNAM
-A new Access Sequence was created with this table
When coming to the point of adding the fields to the access number an error pops up: Select a document field for ERNAM
When adding the field to the Field Catalogue or when adding the Field to the table no messages were displayed.
Any suggestions? And I am right in assuming that I can add any field to the Field Catalogue that the system let me select?
Thanks,
Nick
Hi,
You must populate the field in report MV45AFZZ in this userexits when you create the SO:
1.USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK
2.USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP
For invoicing, check the report RV60AFZZ for these userexits or subroutines:
3.USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK
4.USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP
I hope this helps you
Regards,
Eduardo
PD: check that in TKOMK or TKOMP you have the field ERNAM

Hello Eduardo,
Thank you so much for having a look at my issue.
I had a look at your reports / include. I have a feeling that it does not apply to my case because I am not doing anything with pricing.
Also, the document structure I have to add my field to is KOMKBV3
I find it strange that I can select fields to be used in my newly created Condition Table, and then later in my Access Sequence I seem not to be able to.
Am I really supposed to use User Exit when adding a new field to the Field Catalogue?
Again, thanks for your time.
Best regards,
Nick
Hi Nick,
Check Note 39818 - Condition formula and user exit in billing doc. It says:
'In pricing, new fields are used in KOMK or KOMP. These new fields are supplied in the billing document by program RV60AFZZ in USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK oder
USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP
using the data of the billing document.
This uses fields from table VBRK or VBRP.
This causes incorrect results, particularly when using these fields in pricing formulas.
In other cases, the pricing analysis delivers incorrect results.'
Check related notes too.
Regards,
Eduardo
