Smartform display problem

Hi smartform experts,

I have an issue with smartform display. When I execute tcode F.27, a smartform (Account statement form) is displayed. But when my colleague executes the same on another machine, he's not able to see the smartform. Instead the program jumps back to the selection screen of F.27. What could be the possible reasons for this? Is there anything related to PDF configuration on another machine? We are testing on the same SAP system.

Hi,

Check the user master of both the systems.

Check if the default printer is specified in the user master-->own data

I checked in the system. For both the users, there is NO DEFAULT PRINTER configured.

Ok then, can you check if ur colleague is able to see any other smartform of some transaction ,that might be the problem with the printer.
