This can be done via the service marketplace in the section Trust Center Section, direct link is [https://service.sap.com/tcs|https://service.sap.com/tcs]
In the main frame, click on SAP Router Certificates.
In the left navigation frame, click on My Company's Certificates.
This will display all the certificates requested for saprouter by people from your company.
Click on the Cert Info button next to the certificate you want to change.
This will display the details of your certificate.
Scroll all the way down, there you can see and change the contact person that will be notified when the certificate expires.
