Can any one tellHow to get the creation date of the line item after it is deleted from sales order.??

VBAP can only track the line item present in the Sales Order.

CDPOS keeps track when changes are done into that particular item,

but how to get the creation date of the line item after deletion.??

Check whether you can get required data from below table from the transaction SE11.

Change document items - CDPOS

Change document header - CDHDR
