Not able to reinstall Sneak Preview CE 7.1

Hi,

I had installed sneak preview CE 7.1 freely available on SDN but now i am not able to reinstall it. It is giving me errors while trying to create users.

Pls help me resolve the same.

I depend on the Sneak Preview a lot for my own self learnings.
