Subcontrating PO

I am doing standard SC PO and delivery process for the SC PO, when I create the delivery document for SC PO components in Tcode ME2o,the delivery document sucessfull creates but when i go and check the delivery document fallowup document i don't see the PO document Number, at the same time the i don't see the purchase order history also for that SC PO.

I am useing LB delivery document type, i checked the copy controls to check the copy the document.

However in STO plant -to- plant, when we Crete the delivery for PO, PO history will update and at the same time Delivery document follow document also updates.

your experts help is required and appreciated.

Dear Reddy,

You want PO History do after process of ME2o, then you can see PO History.

what you doing now its just system reference, after this process is actual process
