I am using the salv_wd_table component.

One of my editable fields is of type dats.

If I change this field to an invalid value, say 'abc', and call the method datacheck() of the

interface controller, it returns r_param as expected.

But r_param does not catch this validation error. r_param->t_error_cells is initial.

In this , is the framewirk not throwing any error. Ideally framework handles these errors.
