Change of position: IT0000(Action) is not getting updated

Hi Experts,

I am working with the standard process ORG_CHANGE . My workflow is completeing without any error and updates IT10001-position succesfully and the update is reflected in OM infotypes 10001(Holder) also.

The Formscenario fields MASSN, MASSG, PERNR, EFFECTIVE_DATE have values.

• Still the new position is not getting updated in Infotype 0000.*!!!!!

Is this an User authorization problem?.

Does anybody know why this is happening?

I'm going to make some assumptions here -

You're using HCMP&F?

Position isn't stored on IT0000.

Do you mean IT0000 isn't updated with "Transfer" action data? Did you specifically configure SAP_PA to update IT0000? If not, it won't update, it will only do exactly what you configure. In this case, it seems IT0001 is all you've configured.

How can I configure SAP_PA generic service?
