Url not sent properly through SOST.

Hi All,

I am using the method send_documents of cl_crm_class to send documents attached to the service request as a URL.

.It is creating a URL which is of around 690 characters.

The URL appears correctly in the SOST t-code when added in the smartform.

However, the smartform when received in an email is jumbling

the URL and hence the document is not visible.
