IDCP - Print invoice - Format of prenumbered document invalid

Hi Experts,

I have a problem when I use IDCP. When I release the document, the system shows me a message informing: Error ocurred during printing - format of prenumbered document 40XXXXXXXX invalid.

Somebody had the same problem before?

Any answer will be highly appreciated.

Hi

The format maintained at printer settings is not matching with the format maintained for document 40XXXXXXXX output type.

Please contact with your BASIS and ABAP team to solve this problem.
