Attachments in DIR

Hi All,

once any attachments ex. wrd/excel/pdf etc etc is attached to DIR, under environment>display changes we can see the log including attached file name. once attachment is deleted, in environment>display changes no log is shown regarding deleting of any attachment..

any solution how to get the log?

Hi Manoj,

I regret to inform you that the filename cannot be displayed after the original is deleted. During the deletion the original data is also removed in the DMS related database tables and so the repsonsible report MCDOKABL can no longer retrieve the filename after the deletion.
