Error:Shopping cart with Run time error

Hi,

I have an issue with shopping cart Runtime error.

The issue is when i wanted to check the shopping cart in BBP_PD tcode,i got error message like Runtime errors CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR. and also the shopping cart status is Awaiting approval.

Due to this i am unable to check the shopping cart status in BBP_PD.

So kindly advise me what was happening in my cases and where i need to check this.

Requesting all please guide me further steps.
