Error in SUS : No backend document found for confirmed invoice.

Hi All,

We are having SRM 4.0 with extended classic with EBP SUS scanario.

While posting invoice in SUS we are getting error : No backend document found for confirmed invoice.

Although backend confirmation exists in EBP and ECC and there are no issues with confirmation status too. There is nothing wrong with PO too and further invoices can be posted.

Any Idea, what does this error mean and how to resolve.

Hi Sachin,

you get the error because in ECS scenario the document types confirmation and invoice are not supported on SUS side. You can find more details in SAP note 543544. There is a consulting solution available to enable support for invoice and confirmation as detailed in note 1403475.
