Text field in delivery

I've added some text fields in the text tab of delivery and made it mandatory. however, when i create delivery, if i don't enter any text it still lets me save and perform PGI. it is only when i run the incompletion log on delivery that it shows me the text field is missing but it doesn't stop me from moving forward. any suggestions as to why it's doing this and how i would change it? thanks!

Hi

If you have made the text fields mandatory then it will be because As per your problem , It might be because of the configuration if you have done in the Text determination at delivery level. In VOTXN , check option you have maintained for the text , " Text has to be displayed " , " Text is Mandatory" or any other option.

Secondly also check , in the inclompletion log wheather you have added the text fields. If you have added then remove the mandatory feild and then run then do delivery and PGI and then check
