we have SAP system. our customer making inquiry and quatation. where i can see quataion saved in my SAP system?

Hi,

The Quotation created by using the T.Code "VA21" will be stored in the table "VBAK".

Goto SE11/SE16

Enter the table name as "VBAK" and pass the quotation number in "VBELN" field.

Click on Execute or Press F8.

It will give you the Header data.

Goto table "VBAP" for item data.

Goto table "VBKD" for business data.

Goto the table "VBUK" for the Header status.

Goto table "VBUP" for the item status.

What exactly you want to see. If you want to see header related details, check in VBAK and if you want to see item related datas, check in VBAP.

Hi

Goto SE16.

Enter table name as VBAK.

Press enter.

If you have quotation number, give it in VBELN field. Press F8.

details will be there on next screen.

If you don't have any particular quotation number, simply press F8, it will fetch all quotation saved.
