Hi,
how can I delete all numbers in a number scheme after XML upload ?
Jens
Hi Gabriel,
if I delete commodity code schema, the dialog ask to delete only independent entries or all entries.
I deleted all entries. If I recreated the schema with the same name the schema is full with all old entries.
Best regards,
Jens

Hello Jens,
this is mainly customizing what you have deleted. In IMG you have deleted relevant entries based on yours schema. But this is only one part. Second part is to delete data from tables that you have loaded.
You need the report that i mentioned to do so,
Something like
DELETE FROM /SAPSLL/CTSGENT WHERE GUID_CTSGEN etc.
BR,
Gabriel.
Hello Robert,
I can't delete manual, because I uploaded the data with XML-Upload.

Hello Peter,
it is possible to change manually your scheme, even though its uploaded from xml.
It reaquires authorization for debugging.
Only thing you have to do is to change in tables
/SAPSLL/CTSNUM
/SAPSLL/CTSGEN
field CRECO to "A0".
For your scheme.
Or create small report that will do it instead of you.
Best regards,
Gabriel.
Hello Gabriel,
thanks for your answers.
I hoped for a easier solution.
Best regards,
Jens

Hello Jens,
When you want to delete commodity code schema, but only the content ask you developer to provide you a report which will delete content of your scheme from these tables:
/SAPSLL/CTSNUM
/SAPSLL/CTSNUMT
/SAPSLL/CTSGEN
/SAPSLL/CTSGENT
Best regards,
Gabriel.
