Hi,

Go to SMD

Diagnostics Administration --> Diagnostics System --> Self Check. Select your Solution and start a Self Check.

This will give you a detailed analysis of your setup.

Please provide further details obtained from self check.

Hope this will be helpful.

Feel free to revert back.

Hi Rahu,

Now Remark are "

Setup data must be entered for with servers : server0 (running EM Core, Application Server Java) (ITS port number must be provided)"

Now AS Java system will not have ITS . So entered solution manager ITS info. Then I got

"with servers : server0 (running EM Core, Application Server Java)

No setup or configuration steps performed yet"

By the way I can't find Diagnostics Administration --> Diagnostics System --> Self Check. Select your Solution and start a Self Check. Can you please explain it in detail.

Hi Janak,

I rebooted the managed system and it worked for me.

Also

System install path: \usr\sap\<managed system SID >

Instance path: \usr\sap\<managed system SID >\JCXX

HI Tushar,

Please check whether the agent is connected for the setup through agent administration tab.

Check whether the agent is in connected state and the mode of connection.

Hope this helps. Kindly revert if you face issues on the same.

Thanks,

Jagan
