Need to down load data from intranet site?

Hello All,

i need to down load the currency details from the intranet site.

I need to down load the currency details and store it into one text file. Please let me know what all the details i need to ask the client.

Its a SOAP to File scenario .......at sender side what i need to know.........to start the development.
