Posting FB50

Hi Friends,

I am not able to post the cost thru FB50.

N/W header and activity system status is REL and user status is TCO.

i think if user systes is TECO then we can not post any cost.

Any pointers.

Hi,

Please check if the status of the WBS is released for posting cost in FB50.

In TECO System status you can post actual cost. Also check if you have activated any user status which forbids actual cost posting.

Hi,

TECO is a system status. Please check if somebody had created a user status that forbids cost postings.

I believe you are posting cost to WBS.

Can you tell us the error message you get while posting?

Yes you said right.

But they have defined something like user status TECO-->Complete and it comes after

20. INPR(In progress)

30. ECOM- Equip. complt.

40. INSV- In service

50.PCOM -Physical complt

60.TECO-Complt

am getting error message that No FI posting allowed with NWA no XXXXX . and in detail( no posting is allowed with status).

Further if I am changing the ststus other than TECO-complt it's allowing me to post.

Ashutosh, I think for your user status 60 TECO business transaction FI : Postings could have been forbidden, that is why you are not able to do G/L posting. Goto OK02, select your user status profile, double click on 60 TECO and see the allowed and forbidden business transaction.
