PI 7.1 Configuration

Dears,

We are getting following issue in Pi 7.1

1) The u201CAlert Configu201D link in the RWB is giving u201CBSP Erroru201D.

2) The u201CEnd-To-End Monitoringu201D -> u201CDisplayu201D link in the RWB is giving u201CBSP Erroru201D.

Please suggest.

Apply note #1035433 - New version of JNet/JGantt JAR files. This should resolve this error.

with JRE 1.4.2_18 jnet works fine ...

Hi Shiva,

We no need to go for RWB to create alerts in PI7.1,we can do in ESR it self. When you get BSP error,just run the Report BSP_UNLOCK_LONG_APP in PI by using SE38 and mention the BSP application which you need to unlock , ALERTPERSONALIZE_RULES and ALERTSUBSCRIPTION.

Hi,

Ask your basis guy to activate corresponding services under SICF. If it still does not work then check for a note with regards to this.
