Shopping Cart Workflow in WAITING Status

Hi,

I have a problem in Shopping Cart (SC) Workflow:

Its working very fine in Dev box and testing box as well. Recetly we created a new box called Education box basically used for Demo purpose, taking an exaclt copy of Test system. In the new box, SC Workflow in not starting.. It is stucking at WAITING state.

Here are the findings:

1. There is no WAIT step

2. There is no requested start

3. If BUS2121-SAVED event is triggered manually in SWUE Workflow is starting properly and going for approvals

4. No errors in Event trace Workflow trace. Everything looks fine

Please let me know if you guys have some idea or solutions..

Did you check the workflow start conditions are correct?

Activate the start conditions for the SAVED event.

Try above and hope it should work.

Hi Jagdish,

We are not using Start Conditions.. We are having explicit Check Funciton module.. and there is not problem in that one..

I think if I had problem there, even for the manaul event it would have not started the workflow..
