Task-Link does not deal with SSO

Hi there.

I got an email attached with a link to the task. when i click on the link the username/password popup is shown.

I have the SAP-portal running in the background, and the system should check this, so I dont want to give my username/password again.

Is there anything I can change in the URL where the system might be able to check the login data from the windows-system?

the workflow with the emails is very important, but if it does not work with singlesignon, i cant use it.

thanks

erich

Hi Erich,

Though I not very family with the SSO, but there are some notes relevants for this issue, which were suggested for other customer.

For ICM, pre-clarification needed to be made (see note 634006)

From what i see, it should be SSO setup issue indeed.

Thank you Zhenbo.

But the information does not fit the problem.

It is a kind of special. I try it with an oss. When I get a solution I will post it.

be patient.

regards

Erich

It works well with ppm 5.0. You have to be shure that SAP-Portal is running in the background.
