J2EE reference manual for Netweaver 7.1

Hi,

we are using SAP PI 7.1 and I'm looking for the J2EE refrence manual. I can nonly find the J2EE refrenence manual of NW04.

Does anybody have a link to the J2EE reference manual of NW7.1 or is it the same as in link on top?

Hi,

thx for your short answer. My only intention was to get more information about the http provider service - keep_alive parameter. I know we can set up the keep_alive paramter in ICM profile value but I assumed for SOA adapter we have to set up this value also in J2EE. But just now I think we have to focus to ICM paramters.

but on that link I can not find any information about basic setup of J2EE. I'm looking for more information about Java System Properties setup (PI --> nwa --> .Configuration Management --> Infrastructure --> Java System Properties) meaning what are the recommendation / default values of services especially of http provider service.

Java 5.x is delivered with a default setup of parameters that should be sufficient in most cases. Corrections/changes to the parameters are delivered with a J2EE kernel level patch so there's initially no need to change/adapt something.

Netweaver 7.1 uses J2EE Engine 5.x so it's different to the older version using 1.4.2.
