DB:054

Hi Experts

When I try to display any program in ABAP Editor (SE38), the system displays the dialog box with a selection column to select selection variants. I cannot select the variant by double-clicking it.

It gives the error message " I:DB:054" and i cannot proceed further.

Please let me know how to proceed further on this and all your inputs are appreciated.

Hi Prakash,

Is your system on 4.6C and in that case, could note 1345071 be applicable?

The message DB 054 simply means "Choose a valid entry". The fact that it appears as "I:DB:054" without any text probably means that you are logged in a language for which no translated text is available.

Thanks for your reply!

I have applied SAP Note 1345071 - ALV Grid: Selection is not transferred and it fixed the issue.

Our Environment

SAP4.6C

Windows 2003 X64

Oracle 10G
