QM material authorization

Hi Experts,

May I kindly see your expertise regarding the material authorization group for activities in QM. Is it possible to set this for a certain person and he will be the only one to see the inspection lot authorized for him? Can I set this at storage location level?

For storage location :

M_MSEG_LGO is the one which controls the storage location level authorization check.
