We have the ChaRM implemented. We have two productive clients (two different companys). Today itu2019s possible to submit ServiceDesk messages from each client. From this messages we create then ChangeRequests (and transports). Depending on the source system of the message, a different transport route will be choosen (we have two of them). Unfortunately this leads in problems with the transports/objects (an object is asigned to a package, and this is assigned to a transport route).
The solution would be a single transport route. But we should be able to deliver the transports to different clients, depending on the source system of the servicedesk Message. Is this somehow possible? Has anyone experience on that?
