Lsmw for mm01

Hi all

I am working on Batch input program in Lsmw for MM01 transaction.

Excel sheet contains sales text with multi lines.

In notepad the multi-line text is separated by tab.

So i am not able to upload Multi-line text in sales text View of MM01

please suggest some method

if you save the excel sheet into text the tab separation occurs. you could two things.

Upload the excel sheet into an internal table and write the contents of a row of the internal table into one long char string type internal table and then download it back and use the same for input.

2. Save the excel sheet as comma separated and use normat text file processing software (notepad, textpad ) to replace , with space.(Note if you are using some fields of type long text in the lsmw file with commas already in it those commas will also get separated
