Printer issue -Default printer need to be maintaind forspecific user

Hi ,

We have a Scenerio where X printer is maitained at the condiftion records level in T/c VV22

which triggers output for outbound delivery ,This printer is common to all users working at that location.

know user has requested for changing this printer to Printer Y for a specific user

we have tried updating the users profile in T/c SU01 but it is not hitting ,user continue to get prints from printer X

Any suggestions would be welcome .

Dear Adarsh

Check the Printer Device type settings, is it using Front End Printing Option F or G. If you choose G, then a pop-up will appear wherein the user can choose the printer.

In some of the older versions of SAP viz ECC 5.0 and below the option G may not be there which has to be created.

However using F will also work, the user should ensure that the default printer has been set in his PC to the desired printer.
