Easy DMS download error

We are setting up easy DMS. When I do a search in Easy DMS for an existing SAP document, It finds it and can dispay the document info record information If I try to view or change the document (jpg, .doc, etc), I get a "I::001 Win32 error 2: The system cannot find the file spe" or "Error downloading C:\DOCUME~1\" with the local windows temp location.

Any idea on where to look to resolve this?

hi

first check if you can checkout the same document in backend or not..if you can do the same in backend..then change the working directory to say c:\temp and then relogon to easydms and try it again..

Is the doc checked out (unlocked padlock icon)? If it is checked out you could reset the checkout (exit edit mode in EasyDMS) and try. Keep in mind you would lose any changes that are not checked in made by another user.
