How to relate Invoice and Sales Return of a particular Item?

I have created an invoice for a particular item and sales return for that item how to relate invoice of that particular item to the sales return?

Hi Janakiraman,

in order to process an return for an already invoiced item, you will need to create a credit memo instead of a sales return.
