How to mount agent in introscope manager

Hi,

from time to time, some agent are automatically unmounted in introscope manager.

I would like to remount them without stopping starting EM. In the workstation, there is a menu with the option of mounting the agent but this functionnality seems to be disabled.

Any idea of how to do it?

Hello Francois,

Once you are in Agent Administration, you will navigate to the Agents Tab

Left click on the agent_you want to restart and a menu will appear.

Then select Reboot Agent.

Since It is not too intuitive inside Agent Administration, so I hope this helps.

You can do that from the trans solman_workcenter >> Root cause analysis >> Agent administration.
