You can either from (SE16) Table LIKP- LFUHR or on Delivery Header Processing Tab
Hi,
The CREATED TIME can be found in the HEADER--->ADMINISRATION tab.
Alternatively you can also find it in the LIKP table in the field ERZET.

Under GOTO menu select HEADER ->ADMINSTRATION, U CAN FIND THE TIME NEXT TO DATE.
