Business Server Page (BSP) error

Hi Experts,

While i am trying to create/change/display & search documents through Web i am getting the following error messages

For Create : BSP exception: Application sap/cvaw_document_create cannot be started. Create an application node using Transaction SICF.

For display/change : BSP exception: Application sap/cvaw_document_change cannot be started. Create an application node using Transaction SICF.

For search : BSP exception: Application sap/cvaw_document_search cannot be started. Create an application node using Transaction SICF

Kindly let me know how to resolve this issue...Presently we are on SAP_BASIS : 701: SAPKB70103 support package..

Hi Bhanu,

please check the settings in transaction CVAW_CUST. This is the customizing transaction for WebDMS and maybe it could be also useful for your requirements.

Hi Christoph,

I av done all the necessary settings in customization..

Issue is

1. I av already created the document with version AA.While i want to create a document i.e. next version AB, it is not picking version automatically though i av made the settings for Auto Version assignments.I av to go maually & change the version as AB.If i try the same in SAP GUI for the same document type it picks the auto version assignment.

2. While i am creating the document through web DMS I am not able to create object links

did you also try to report 'BSP_UNLOCK_LONG_APP' because this is an useful report to get the mentioned BSP page unlocked.

Thanx for ur reply...Now its working fine...Mean while i want to know the following how it will be activated on Web document screen..

1. How to activate Free Text Search

2. How to create and activate object links while creating the document

3. How to activate Auto Version Assignment

Dear Christoph,

We have gone through the link...but the note what it is mentioned is not applicable for us...

Presently we are on EHP4 SAP_BASIS : 701:0003:SAPKB70103 SUPPORT PACKAGE...
