04 insp- early inspection option

Hi, i have maintained 03 and 04(earlyinsp) inspection types for in-process inspection as i need one insp by our team and second lot for customer insp. what i observed is that without 04 results recording and ud also we can do gr or further process on prod orders. please advise how to check the status of the order where it should show that 03 insp is competed and 04 is pending or completed. please advise.

Dear Raju

In order you cannot show the status of both the inspection lot. What you can do is in QA32 you have dynamic selection (2 buttons next to execute button)

1) There in you can give production order number in Production tab and give inspection lot origin 03 and 04. Execute

2) once you execute choose from layout order and arrange it in either descending or descending order
