send attachment earlywatch alert by email

Hello

I've configured the earlywatch alert through solution manager. The sessions ends correctly and , manually , i can see the report through word or html ....

the problem occurs when i do this in automatic mode every 7 days, the session ends and sends email to some addresses.

when the mail arrives we can't view the earlywatch alert like attahment but we can see it in the body of the email....

what do i could change to see it like an attachment?

Hi Nicola,

I presume you have setup your EWA and recipient list/email addresses correctly?

I had a similar problem but I wanted to receive the email in the message rather than as an attachment.

To receive the EWA as an attachment in an email, you need to change some settings in transaction SCOT.

To do this go to transaction SCOT, make sure you are in System Status view (View > System Status)

Expand INT > Click SMTP

In supported address types make sure Internet is selected and click Set

In section Output Formats for SAP Documents select the option HTM for ABAP List and Business Object/Link

Select the option TXT for SAP script and RAW Text.

This should send EWA's as attachments.

but the problem isn't fixed.

alert report done before, arrive through email in an attachment.

these new alert that i configured arrive without attachment with the alert ealrywatch in

the body of the message.

the link you proposed is useful for sending email for only a system in a solution where there are other system.

the problem is the automatic mail that starts correctly every week doesn't send the attachmanet in the mail...

all is 'unzipped' in the body of the mail message of the receiver.....i tried with different mail client.....

but i have always the same problem
