installation hangs at last step - step 31

my installation of NW04s preview full java version hangs on the last step (step 31 of 31) "Recover Enterprise Portal runtime data".

after cancelling the installation, I get this error:

any ideas on how to fix this problem?

i solved this problem. All i did was to re-try the installation three times.
