SAP-XI will post the idoc in the decided idoc structure into your R/3 system. Once the idoc is posted and the inbound processing program starts processing the idoc it should hold the logic or the code which will work for the coded materials and definitely yes you'll have to include the manual coding for the non-coded material in your inbound processing program.
