TMS Configuration Database installation

Dear Gurus,

I have few requirements from client which is

(1). TMS configuration between two systems which are DEV(Bangalore) PRD(Hyderbad) is it possible or not if is possible howit is?

(2). is it possible to install database is in one server and SAP application(CI) is in one server if it is possible how it is?

Please give me the some sugestion.

Thanks for your quick reply but TMS is how it is possible because there is different thostname and diffrent ISP if you give host name how it will be take.transport requests,

Hi Krishna.

First thing is all your system will be in same domain. And as far as transports are concerned you have to make one transport directory that should be accessible by both system. For this check SAP Note 97993 - Central NT/UNIX transport directory

Not necessarily , they can have separate transport directories and transfer the files prior import
