Virtualization of SAP Development and Quality

Experts,

We are planning for an upgrade of 4.6c to ECC 6.0 and to go for the virtualization of Development and Quality system. Currently we have all the systems in a separate machine. If we bring the Quality and development systems together after upgrade, how can we go for the SAN storage alone for the Quality system. (i.e) We need SAN storage only for Quality system and we don't need it for the development system.

Not sure I understand your question.

You didn't specify what kind of virtualization you plan to use so how should we tell how you should configure it to give you SAN storage for your QA system?
