Unable to change the layout in Visual Composer layout tab

Hi All,

I am very new to Visual Composer but I am expert in WDP ABAP and BW reporting.

I am unable to change the size of my chart items and also not able to resize and arrange items on my layout tab.

I am able to select the elements but just cannot resize them or drag and drop them. I think there is a parameter setting I am missing. Also the following are greyed out

1) Window splitters option

2) Window dragging Option

3) W X H input for table columns in the table iview

I am on the following version

GML version: 700.18.0027

Client verson: 700.18.0.1

VCServer version: 700.18.0.1

Flex version: 700.18.0.1

Portal content version(HTMLBKit) : 700.18.0.1

Portal Connector version: 700.18.0.1

Hi, your problem is your IE version for sure, Im having the exact same problem, mine is IE8. I tried with IE6 (different pc) and its working fine.

Hi

Follow the steps -

1. Right click on your iVIew & in configure Element make layout method as 'Vertical or Horizontal' then only you get options which are currently greyed out.

2. When you go to layout tab then select the chart you want to resize & you can resize it.

3. Also make sure you have proper administrative roles for VC.

4. I am assuming that you have following softwares on your machine -

Adobe Flash

SVG Viewer

XML Parser.
