Missing of Actual costs after executing the CAT5, if Posting period error

Hi Experts,

I have booked the timesheet for last month (e.g. Sep.) into current month (e.g. Oct.) but if going to transfer the hours to project in same Oct. month, system transfers the actual hours but not the cost because period Sep. is not open.

If I come back & execute same CAT5, system displays no data found.

I want to know where can I see all above entries of which costs has not been transferred into project. Can I re-processing same entries & get transfer actual costs into project by putting current month as posting date.

run transaction CJI3 to see the actual costs

once the data from CATS has been transferred to PS then you cannot reprocess

however you can post reversal data (negative hours) and then repeat the correct posting
