Multiple PO Number Range Assignment?

Hi Gurus,

I Have several different PO types defined in the backend system, so I have several different number ranges for PO accordingly. The question is, I could not assign all of these PO number ranges in EBP via the following customizing path as one logical system only have one record allowed:

IMG --> ... --> Cross-application Basic Settings --> Number Ranges --> SRM Server Number Ranges --> Define Number Ranges per Backend System for Follow-on Documents

Kindly please guide.

Would you be a bit clear upon your question?

You mean for a single document type You want to assign multiple PO number ranges?

Can you be more specific?

Thanks a lot. I mean, in ECC system there're sever PO types, each PO type has individual number ranges, so the question is, how to create corresponding po type and assign number range for them accordingly in EBP?

Hi jack

you do not need to have all document type and their number range defined in SRM. Only the documnet type that you would be using from SRM , most likely ECPO , have that document type number range defined properly.
