Regarding WBS Element.

Hi All,

I am using 2lis_o3_bf and extracting data. For WBS Element I am getting numeric values whereas in R/3 I am actually have alpha numeric values.

Should I have to use any conversion routine so that I will be able to extract the data which is there in R/3(Alpha Numeric Values) as it is to BW.

Hi Jay,

Did you check the output for WBS Element in Bex.

If it is not fine then you can use ABAP routine in your transfer rules to get the format you want.

So how to write the code to convert them to the original values???

Hi Jay,

SAP itself prescribes a conevrsion routine "WBSEL" for WBS Element so you dont have to use ALPHA converiosn in this case.

The in my case the WBS Element is being converted using the Conversion Routine. Is there any manual way to apply the routine so that I will be able to get the correct alpha numeric values for WBS Element in BW???
