No support team assignment

Hello colleagues!

When Key User (wich has General BP role) creates message (via main menu, or DNO_NOTIF) in CRM_DNO_MONITOR I can't see responsible support team, althogh I maintened rule 13200137.

I saw the topic [ automatic assign support team|;, but my tries for defining own Access sequence (and Partner Determination Procedure) were unseccesseful. Also I've tried to find standart Access sequence for service desk, but I've not found. Standart Partner Determination Procedure is looking good.

How to assign support team for message? Is there preconfigured standard solution exists (I'm working on customized system, which was configured by unknow person and unkonw how)?

Hi Artem,

In this case, there is a standard example attached in the note 691303, however please take note that the example is in a SLF1 definition. In this case, you may also want to refer to this available blog which has been all along helpful

Thank you for answer, points were assigned.

But my rule was configured, and it works fine in test mode. My Trans. profile is looking good too.

Maybe I should activate any BAdIs?

P.S. BAdI CRM_DNO_PARTNER_1 from note 1041455 has been delivered in BBPCRM 500 9. (I have BBPCRM 500 12). BAdI COM_PARTNER_BADI is not in use.

The problem still exists.

When I check newly created message (via CRM_DNO_MONITOR) and go to Transaction Data button, on Actions tab, I see red message "Find support team responsible, when message is created". I found that for this process responsible action "SLFN0001_ADVANCED_FIND_PARTNER" with method CRM_DNO_PARTNER_1.

What should I do for correct working of the action (for finding partner)?

Note 616946 didn't help.

Hi Sandeep,

I don't remember the issue... But you can check ib52 tcode out. Have you maintained something there?

As I remember there were very good guides about SDesk customizing. Google "SAP Service Desk for Dummies". The guides helped me with customization very much.
