No Read Authorization on PA30 for Own Personnel Number

Former Member

Hi,

This is regarding authorization in HR.

As a Basis Administrator.

u2022 I want to give authorization to the HR administrator to create, change, read record of info type 0008, 0014 and 0015 of other personnel numbers.

u2022 He should not be able to change or create new record of info type 0008, 0014, 0015 for his own personnel number. But read option should be there.

I am trying to get this Role done, But facing some problem.

I am not able to give read access to HR administration to read his own info type 0008, 0014, and 0015.

Are there any corrections available for this?

Regards

Kuna

Basis Admin.

Hi,

I assume that you use the authorization object P_PERNR to exclude activities for the info types you wanted?

Hi,

The following documentation on auth object P_PERNR will get you going in the right direction. There is an example in there which is almost the same as your requirement.
