Awaitingt approval in when posting confirmation

Hi,

I have created a service shopping cart and i posted confirmation for that SC.

The system shows the status as awaiting approval for the confirmation but i am not able to see who the approver for the SC wil be.

I have checked the managers approval workbox but i dont see anythign there either..

Is there any functiona module that wil tel me who the confirmation is pending with ??

Hello Vignesh,

Did you check transaction SWI1 (WF log) to see the status of the workflow.

There you should see some more information.

i went and checked in transaction BBP_PD for object type BUS2203 and the confirmation number.

There is no workflow item at all..

I wonder how the system is flagging the confirmation for awaiting approval without starting any workflow at all.

Has any one encountered this before?

Have a look through note 322526, there it describes all the transactions you can use in order to figure out why no workflow was triggered. Let me know if you have any further questions.

I think i got the cause.

Thats because the workflow was revised but not activated.

I still have not activated it because another team is doing changes to it.
