Hi,
could you please clarify the below doubts which are pertinaing to approver inbox?
1. As a SRM admin, is there a table / transaction / FM where we can check whether a user has set up approval substituion (either passive or active)?
2. If there is no substituion setup, can it be done by SRM admin on behalf of that approver? Some of the approvers forget to setup that substitution before going on vacation. We are manually pushing the items.
3. When a approver manually forwards a work item to another approver from SRM inbox, approver can search for the target approver in the field "Forward to". That field is giving the users who are not yet setup in SRM org plan and also the users whose validity has been delimited. It is not giving any error in both the cases. Is there a way to activate that check?
Please advise.
