PC-UI: Opportunities always read-only?

Hi,

I have the problem that Opportunities are completely locked in PC-UI. It is not a problem with the specific Opportunities, no matter what Opportunity I select it is always readonly, anc clicking the "Change" button does not change this.

I cannot remember that I somehow configured this behaviour, but I guess it can be customized somehow.

Does anyone have an idea how to unlock this?

Just in case someone stumbles across this through searching: the company for which I was doing this had added an additional custom layer of authorizations and had forgotten to add me as a consultant to the may-do-all-with-this list, and forgotten about it... case solved now, not anything wrong with the general framework.

you can trace the authorization with transaction st01.
