Error ---RFC logon failed with message: Failed: No logon possibl

Dears,

I am installing Netweaver 4.0 on AIX with Oracle 9i.

In Database Instance installation in step Start RFC jobs it is showing error:

ERROR 2009-10-16 14:22:13

FRF-00063 RFC logon failed with message: Failed: No logon possible (no hw ID received by mssg server).

ERROR 2009-10-16 14:22:13

FRF-00007 Unable to open RFC connection.

Please suggest how can I resolve the issue.

Startsap-stopsap then restart installation.

I have checked this note but it is for Netweaver 7.0 and I am installing Netweaver 4.0

Have you check the ports?... check that all the SAP required ports are not used on the services file
